Recruiting the right people is hard, especially when you’re in elderly care. Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen is the municipal entity that runs the assisted living facilities and the nursing homes of the city of Antwerp. They’re always on the lookout for talented and motivated people, and that’s why they decided to use the enthusiasm of their current employees to convince new recruits to join the company.

In this short video, made to be used on social media in particular, caregiver Joy talks about her passion for her job. Her commitment and her laugh are infectious, making her an ideal ambassador for the company and its values.

Joy was not the only employee of Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen who happily shared their story with us. David did the same and his testimonial too brimmed with fervor and fire, with dedication and devotion (and a couple of peculiar personal traits).
